The course is aimed at those who have little experience and, has the goal of teaching the theoretical and fundamental practicesknowledges to become a crew member able to maneuver a cabin cruiser. At the end of the course all participants will be ready to tack, jibe and to sail upwind or downwind paying attention to their own safety, the crew and vessel. There will always be a qualified instructor at the conduction on board
Program: Sails, Mainsail, Jib, trims, gaits,, jibing or wearing, tiller, basic nomenclature. Participants will take turns at the various roles on board
Craft: Beneteau from 35 to 45 feet, pending on availability and number of participants
Check-In: Bocca di Magra – from 9.00 am on Saturday to 5 pm on Sunday, not available in June, July and August.
The fee covers: accommodation in twin cabin, cleaning, instructor.
The fee doesn’t include: provisioning list, fuel, any harbour fees, personal insurance and anything else not specified in “the fee covers” section.
